Digital Fabrication
We explore how digital design tools — parametric modelling, computational geometry and CNC fabrication — can be integrated with physical craftsmanship to produce objects and surfaces of unprecedented complexity.
3D Printed Formwork
Research into using 3D printing to create complex, reusable formwork systems for GFRC and concrete casting. This allows architectural components of complex geometry to be produced with high precision and at reasonable cost.
Material Innovation
Ongoing experimentation with composite materials, mineral surfaces, bio-based binders and experimental coatings — in pursuit of performance, longevity and new aesthetic possibilities not available with standard materials.
Craft & Technology
Investigating the productive tension between traditional craft knowledge and digital tools — where handwork cannot be replaced by machines, and where machines enable what handwork alone could not achieve.
